First Home Equity Loans has gained access to serveral Jumbo Loan programs for Gold Prime, Prime Jumbo and non-QM Platinum Jumbo mortgage options. Jumbo home loans are for purchases that exceed conforming limits set by the Federal Housing Finance Agency. The non-QM Platinum Jumbo Loan is for who do not quite qualify for the Prime qualifications.

Prime Jumbo

• Loan amounts up to $3 million
• Primary, second home and investment properties
• Single family, townhomes, and warrantable condos
• Seven years seasoning for foreclosure, short sale, bankruptcy or deed-in-lieu
• Purchase, cash-out and rate-term refinance

Non-QM Platinum Jumbo

• Loan amounts up to $3 million
• Primary, second home and investment properties
• Single family, townhomes, warrantable and non-warrantable condos
• Four years out of foreclosure, short sale, bankruptcy or deed-in-lieu
• One year tax return program available
• Purchase, cash-out and rate-term refinance
